Tony is a veteran with 28 years’ experience in air cargo industry. Tony had started his career in Airlines Cargo business for 10 years before joining ITL Group for another 18 years up to now.

In the role of General Director, Tony is responsible for cargo GSSA (General Sales and Service Agent) business in ITL Aviation Logistics (a company member of ITL Corporation) covering the Mekong region through 22 represented Airlines with 50,000 tons uplift yearly.

With extensive experience and understanding of air cargo market, Tony plays instrumental role in growing ITL Aviation Logistics as National Champion under current 5 years plan of ITL Corporation to become a billion USD company.

Tuan Vi is a distinguished executive with over 18 years of management experience across medical device and automotive sectors in Germany and Vietnam. Since joining Schaeffler in 2017, he established logistics infrastructure for their new Vietnam manufacturing facility and was appointed Vice President of SCM & Logistics in 2024, overseeing supply chain operations across the entire Asia Pacific region.
His expertise spans greenfield factory establishment, lean manufacturing, and comprehensive supply chain management. Tuan has served four years as a board member of the German Business Association in Vietnam, the largest business organization within EuroCham Vietnam, where he leads on supply chain and manufacturing matters.
Fluent in German, English, and Vietnamese, Tuan effectively bridges European headquarters with Asian operations. His cross-cultural leadership combines strategic vision with practical implementation, enabling optimal regional operations.

In 2007, she received PhD in World Economy specialised in Transport and Logistics at University of Economics in Bratislava (scholarship from Slovak Republic). She received a certificate of excellence for her outstanding contributions to human resource development, consulting and research activities for the logistics industry from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Transport and a Commemorative Medal for the Cause of Education from the Ministry of Education. She has been scholarship holder many for international short courses of logistics and multimodal transport in The Netherlands, Japan, Taiwan and Australia (funded by Aus4skills). Funded by GIZ (Germany); British Council for international researches; as the logistics expert in some World Bank, IFC projects about Vietnam logistics. She has been the author of 3 books and more than 100 scientific articles published in many international and Vietnam journals and proceedings. She has been the head of logistics, port technology and transport projects funded by Ho Chi Minh City People’s committee, World Bank, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Industry and Trade, provincial governments in Hai Phong, Binh Duong, Binh Dinh, Long An, etc. She is also the leader of some logistics human resource reports for Aus4skills and assistant teaching for some Aus4skills VET courses with the role “ Design and Deliver the Australia Awards Short Course“ in some courses such as Introduction to Logistics; Change management, Fostering Female Empowerment and Leadership in VET and Logistics. She has been playing a role of member of the Steering Committee for Vietnam Logistics Services Development Strategy.

Dr. Nick Chapman is a supply chain risk management professional with 13 years’ experience, gained in major cargo loss investigation, as well as marine risk consulting, underwriting and broking, on the ground in almost 55 countries.

As the Head of Cargo and Logistics Asia at Aon, Nick is responsible for the retention, growth and strategic direction of this portfolio in Asia. He regularly consults with businesses to identify, understand and manage exposure and risk across their global supply chain.

Nick has an IRM certificate in Supply Chain Risk Management, is a Member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology and a member of the Transport Incident System working group at Transported Asset Protection Association APAC.

He has previously held voluntary industry positions on the Loss Prevention Technical Committee for the International Union of Marine Insurance and as a Reviewer for the International Journal of Maritime Crime and Security, among others.

As the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of EPIC Berhad, a leading integrated solutions provider for the oil and gas industry in Malaysia, Muhtar oversees the strategy, operations and performance of the group and its subsidiaries and joint ventures in the oil and gas, port management, logistics sector, and renewable energy.

With 20+ years’ experience at Shell, Perodua, and Malaysian Timber Council (MTC) prior to joining EPIC, he holds a Doctor in Business Administration, Master’s in Petroleum Technology, and a Mechatronics Engineering Degree. A Harvard and Oxford-trained leader, he serves on Malaysian Oil, Gas & Energy Services Council (MOGSC) EXCO and advises universities, championing youth, community, and industrial development. Muhtar has successfully managed various multi-million projects, contracts, and businesses, both locally and overseas, in collaboration with diverse teams and partners.

An Intermodal Enthusiast with 18 years of experience across the logistics and transport sector on both forwarder and shipper side (incl. Kuehne + Nagel, Hermes and Toyota). Mr. Pfingsten currently heads the Business Development at duisport – the port of Duisburg (Germany), Europe’s leading logistics hub and – with 4 Mio. TEU per year – the world’s largest inland port. He specializes in building cross-border partnerships and delivering efficient, future-ready & intermodal logistics concepts.

Yann Barbarroux is the CEO and Co-Founder of Otonomi. Otonomi is a parametric cargo insurance platform that supercharges operations with 3 proprietary technologies: decentralized oracle API triggers, claim automation via smart contracts, and algorithmic underwriting risk analytics.
Before founding Otonomi, Yann has been navigating the fascinating tech, capital markets and risk management sectors with recent focus on digital assets, algorithmic trading, and decentralized economics, in Wall Street. Most noticeably, from 2013-2020, he worked in the Ventures innovation arm at Citigroup, where he was running dealflow for fintech and insurtech deals, along with co-founding an incubated startup that integrated deeptech (blockchain, ML) for financial products in Latin America.
Upon those explorative years in innovation, he caught the entrepreneur bug and decided to jump ship and create Otonomi in 2020.

Esther joined the Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group in 2012 and has held several positions in Singapore and overseas in both SilkAir and SIA. She currently holds the position of Senior Manager Sustainability at Singapore Airlines and heads the Environment team within SIA’s Sustainability Office. As part of her portfolio, Esther oversees SIA’s efforts in the adoption of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), the European Union Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) and the United Kingdom Emissions Trading System (UK ETS) compliance matters, and its voluntary carbon offset programme.

Sharmine leads Boeing’s aviation decarbonization strategies in Southeast Asia to advance sustainable aerospace through policy, strategic partnerships and technology innovation. She drives aviation climate policies that accelerates Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), and actively engages on public policy issues in the areas of aviation environmental policies, national climate policies, and sustainability disclosure developments. Sharmine also serves as Co-chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Singapore, Sustainability and Environment Committee. With over a decade of experience, Sharmine was formerly Sustainability lead at the Singapore Environment Council and NUS Centre for Governance and Sustainability. Sharmine holds a Masters in Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore. She was conferred a scholar and valedictorian from the University of Queensland, Australia where she graduated with a Bachelor in International Hotel and Tourism Management (1st class honor), specializing in sustainable tourism.

In addition of being Fabrice the founder and CEO of ASAFA, he is also the CEO of Studio28, an advisory company dedicated to achieve sustainable growth. Before establishing ASAFA and Studio28, Fabrice was Airbus President and Head of Airbus Commercial Aircraft for Korea. He spearheaded Airbus strategic positioning in Korea, overseeing commercial aircraft sales and customer relations, government affairs, industrial cooperation, sustainability strategy and managing operations across the country. He also chaired the Aerospace and Defense Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea. Earlier in his career, Fabrice was the General Manager of Airbus Hong Kong, where he led Airbus Aircraft Sales campaigns with airlines across Asia, placing hundreds of aircraft in the region. He has an extensive aviation background with over 20 years of experience in Asia. Fabrice is an alumnus of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership (UK), ESSEC Business School, Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA) and ISAE-Supaero (France).

Following DSV’s acquisition earlier this year, he assumed the role of Regional CEO, Road Asia-Pacific for the combined company, effective 1 May 2025. In his role, Christoph leads the Road business across the region, with a focus on driving strategic growth, advancing operational excellence, and deepening customer partnerships throughout DSV’s transport network in Asia-Pacific. With over two decades of industry experience, Christoph brings a deep understanding of regional dynamics and a track record of transformative leadership.

Badr Abbas is the Divisional Senior Vice President of Emirates SkyCargo, leading global cargo operations for the world’s largest international airline. In this role, Badr oversees the division’s 10-year strategic growth plan, ensuring Emirates SkyCargo is a leading partner to the world’s rapidly evolving supply chains, connecting over 140 destinations across six continents, to better facilitate global trade. Jeff is the founder of Belli, a vc-backed startup that builds air cargo software for airlines and is onboarding 1 new airline csutomer every month. Jeff is the former Chief Product Officer at AirAsia cargo, built the flight system for SpaceX, and is a former Partner at McKinsey (aviation and logistics).

As a Managing Director at Cargoo, Victor leads global supply chain technology adoption, drawing on over a decade of logistics and customer experience expertise. Previously, as Senior Customer Experience Manager at Ligentia, he focused on improving all customer touch points across the customer journey, focusing on supply chain solutions and business intelligence. He established processes for purchase order management and supplier performance metrics to enhance on-time deliveries and general customer experience. At Panalpina and Röhlig Logistics, he managed trade lane development and engaged with customers to understand digital and operational bottlenecks.
