Lim Ching Kiat is the Executive Vice President, Air Hub and Cargo Development in Changi Airport Group. He oversees Market Development, Passenger Development, Air Hub Strategy and Cargo Business Division. His key responsibilities are to partner with airlines, tourism and logistics players to grow Changi Airport’s passenger and cargo traffic and network. Ching Kiat began his career in the Administrative Service of the Singapore government. He has also worked for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS); GIC Special Investments; management consultancy Booz Allen & Hamilton; and Asia Pacific Breweries. Ching Kiat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cambridge University and a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Chris Humphrey is a Business Development and Government Relations professional with more than a decade of experience running business units throughout Asia, and over 20 years of experience of either working for or dealing with Governments and regulatory authorities.
Chris began his varied professional career as a UK Civil Servant where, amongst other things, he was a Private Secretary to a Minister and an Air Services Trade Negotiator covering the Asia Pacific Region.
After leaving Government, Chris moved to the private sector working initially in the Government and external relations teams at two British airlines, before moving to Shanghai, China with Virgin Atlantic where he headed up the airline’s China operation and oversaw the rapid expansion of their business in China.
Christoph Matthes has led DB Schenker’s Land Transport division in Asia-Pacific since 2022. Following DSV’s acquisition earlier this year, he assumed the role of Regional CEO, Road Asia-Pacific for the combined company, effective 1 May 2025. In his role, Christoph leads the Road business across the region, with a focus on driving strategic growth, advancing operational excellence, and deepening customer partnerships throughout DSV’s transport network in Asia-Pacific. Badr Abbas is the Divisional Senior Vice President of Emirates SkyCargo, leading global cargo operations for the world’s largest international airline. In this role, Badr oversees the division’s 10-year strategic growth plan, ensuring Emirates SkyCargo is a leading partner to the world’s rapidly evolving supply chains, connecting over 140 destinations across six continents, to better facilitate global trade. In his 24-year tenure with the Emirates Group, Badr has held several leadership positions, encompassing various commercial roles which brings a wealth of diverse commercial and aviation experience to his role as DSVP. Mark Jason Thomas (Jason) is the Chief Executive Officer of MAB Kargo, a fully owned subsidiary of the Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), a position he has held since June 2022. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Jason served as the Chief Commercial Officer of MAB Kargo from 2018.
Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and brings over 20 years of experience across various leadership roles in international forwarding companies. In the cargo airline sector, he has developed a strong business acumen, with expertise in revenue management, freighter operations, network planning, and ground handling.
Jason’s career in the logistics industry began at the grassroots level as an Operations Executive with a multinational company. Before joining MAB Kargo, he was the Commercial Director of a regional freighter operator. Over the years, Jason has cultivated a robust global network with key industry players, consistently motivating his team to meet customer needs and exceed stakeholder expectations.
Stanislas Brun was appointed Chief Cargo Officer in April 2025, focused on integrating Etihad Cargo’s operations and commercial activities to improve efficiency, elevate service standards and drive sustainable growth. A key priority under his leadership is the enhancement and development of tailored logistics products and services designed to meet the evolving needs of global customers and developing partnerships.
Stanislas is an experienced senior executive with a strong background in global airfreight operations and a deep understanding of the aviation sector. Over his 25-year career, he has successfully developed and executed change management and business development strategies while building high-performance teams across international markets.
Stanislas holds an Executive MBA from Montpellier Business School.

With over 25 years in senior airline management roles, Mark Drusch is a well-known figure in the aviation world.
He joined Qatar Airways Cargo as Chief Officer Cargo in January 2024.
Prior to this, he was SVP Revenue Management, Alliances and Strategy at Qatar Airways where he led the development and implementation of the company’s passenger revenue strategy as well as managing strategic alliances with key partner airlines.
In his career, Mark spent 20 years at Delta Air Lines, Continental Airlines and Lufthansa LSG Sky Chefs as Senior Vice President where he led the transformation in commercial airline strategy execution, revenue management, network planning and alliances.
In addition, Drusch was CEO and co-founder of e-Rewards and e-Miles, leaders in online panel research and online advertising.
Mark leads his highly dedicated teams at Qatar Airways Cargo to deliver the very best air cargo products and services in the industry.
Drusch is an animal lover and passionate about animal welfare; he is on the Board of Directors at both Houston and Atlanta Zoo.

Victor Sim is Director for Supply Chain and Logistics Resilience at Enterprise Singapore. Victor and his team are working to build a logistics ecosystem in Singapore that is resilient, sustainable and able to serve the evolving needs of supply chains at home and abroad. This needs to be powered by innovation and close partnerships across the ecosystem. Prior to joining Enterprise Singapore in January 2021, Victor spent 12 years with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and the Singapore Ministry of Transport. He handled various portfolios including air hub development, airspace policy and airport economic regulation. Victor is married with two children. He is an alumnus of the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley and the Singapore Management University’s School of Economics.
Yvonne has over 30 years of supply chain experience and has been with Zuellig Pharma for close to 19 years. Having held leadership roles in operations, quality, regulatory, business development and strategic partnerships, she has in-depth experience in the various aspect of the pharmaceutical logistics industry.
Yvonne is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Zuellig Pharma Clinical Trial Support business unit that provides end-to-end clinical logistics and clinical sourcing services. Her current responsibilities include driving global operations excellence, support global project management, global sourcing and has P&L responsibility for South East Asia.
Yvonne is an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and Economics (summa cum laude) graduate from Canada and has a Master of Science (Logistics) from NTU, Singapore.
Jaisey is responsible for planning, strategy formulation, operations management and business development of Changi Airport’s air cargo business. In her current role, Jaisey manages a team to anchor air cargo connectivity, develop handling capabilities of key cargo verticals and manage ground operational efficiency. In securing Changi’s air cargo future, Jaisey is actively involved in the Changi East Industrial Zone (CEIZ) project and in the shaping and futureproofing of Changi’s air cargo hub. Jaisey holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with Honours and a Master of Science (Supply Chain Management) from the National University of Singapore.
Lee Peng Gee is the Chief Partnership Officer at PSA BDP, a supply chain and cargo solutions provider backed by PSA International, a leading port group. He leads the PSA BDP product team responsible for Port Ecosystem and connectivity solutions, working closely with PSA ports and terminals globally to package and market these solutions to Beneficial Cargo Owners. He is also responsible to drive strategic partnerships and projects in support of PSA BDP’s business development and sales efforts.
Christopher Ludwig is chief content officer for Automotive Logistics, a media and events platform specialised in the global automotive logistics and supply chain management industry.
He is also responsible for other B2B automotive titles including Automotive Manufacturing Solutions (AMS) and Car Design News (CDN) as well as business intelligence and analysis. Ludwig is responsible for developing leading information and growing expert audiences across events and publications for dedicated expert groups especially in the automotive industry, and is a frequent host and speaker at global industry events, including the global series of Automotive Logistics & Supply Chain conferences.
Christopher Ludwig has 20 years’ experience in journalism and media and has been covering the automotive industry since 2007. He has a Master of Science in Media and Communication from the London School of Economics.
