Blame the Software? It’s Not Just the Tech That’s Holding You Back

In Southeast Asia’s logistics landscape, going digital isn’t just about software – it’s about shifting mindsets, habits, and ecosystems. The truth? Technology is rarely the real problem. It’s the people, processes, and politics that make or break visibility and transformation. From change-resistant ops teams to fragmented carrier networks, the biggest barriers to transformation aren’t technical – they’re human. In this session, we’ll cut through the fluff and get real about why most digitalisation efforts stumble and how to make them stick.
