Chris Humphrey is a Business Development and Government Relations professional with more than a decade of experience running business units throughout Asia, and over 20 years of experience of either working for or dealing with Governments and regulatory authorities.

Chris began his varied professional career as a UK Civil Servant where, amongst other things, he was a Private Secretary to a Minister and an Air Services Trade Negotiator covering the Asia Pacific Region.

After leaving Government, Chris moved to the private sector working initially in the Government and external relations teams at two British airlines, before moving to Shanghai, China with Virgin Atlantic where he headed up the airline’s China operation and oversaw the rapid expansion of their business in China.

Violaine is a Procurement leader with over 15 years of experience spanning diverse industries such as Energy, Oil & Gas and Transportation across Europe, Australia and Singapore.
Violaine believes Procurement has the huge responsibility to influence the supply chain to make a difference for our planet and communities. This belief fuels her passion and elevates her ambitions.

At Wilhelmsen Ships Service, she heads the Procurement function for the Cylinders, Gas and Refrigerants business, managing a global team focused on optimising the supplier base to support business goals around global availability, quality, compliance, innovation and sustainability. She also champions the development and implementation of the Sustainable Procurement strategy within the organisation.

Beyond her professional role, Violaine is actively involved in several sustainability-focused non-for-profit organisations, including Sustainable Procurement Pledge, AlterCOP, The Matcha Initiative and the Climate Fresk.

Amit is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in Singapore, currently driving Supply Chain and Business Operations for Google’s Devices & Services team across Asia Pacific. With an impressive career that spans Google, Apple, BCG, and ITC, Amit excels in identifying process gaps, forecasting needs, and delivering actionable insights. Known for his strong leadership and ability to drive impactful change, Amit’s expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and consulting makes him an invaluable asset, leading by example to achieve strategic goals in dynamic environments.

Radu is the Group CEO at Alcott Global. He has been working on C-level and top-management executive search assignments with Fortune 500 companies and local conglomerates, particularly in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, supply chain management, and e-commerce, for over 12 years.

A frequent speaker at industry conferences, he is the co-author of the bestselling book “From Source to Sold”, a compilation of the best leadership case studies in global supply chains. He is also the host of the “Leaders in Value Chain” Podcast, which is consistently ranked among the Top 5 Global Industry Podcasts.

Dr Stéphane Graber has been the Director General of FIATA International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations since 2020. FIATA is the largest non-governmental organisation in the field of logistics, which represents 40,000 freight forwarding and logistics firms, globally.

Prior to joining FIATA, Dr Graber was the Secretary General of the Swiss Commodity Trading and Shipping Association (STSA) and Chaired the eGTSA, a company that successfully developed a digital platform used by commodity trading companies and commodity trade-financing banks, which was sold to Komgo in 2019.

Dr Graber has previously worked at the Economic Department of the Republic and Canton of Geneva, and was President of the Geneva Chapter of the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.

Gene Ma is the Chief APAC Representative and Head of China Research at IIF (Institute of International Finance). Prior to IIF, Gene was the China economist and strategist at Tudor Investment, Managing Director and China economist at ISI Group (Now Evercore ISI), chief macro analyst at Citic Securities, and a staff member at China’s Ministry of Finance. Gene graduated from Peking Univ. and Cornell Univ. Gene is currently based in Singapore.

Dr. Andrew Staples is the Founder and Principal of GeoPol Asia, a boutique advisory service operating at the intersection of geopolitics, business, and strategy. Andrew established GeoPol Asia in 2024 following a career spanning three decades in Asia with The Economist Group and as a business school professor. He has run regional businesses and published widely as an Asia specialist.

Teddy Setiawan is an accomplished Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer of Motul Asia Pacific Pte Ltd with extensive experience in transforming supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

With a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and implementing innovative strategies, Teddy has successfully optimized operations and improved customer satisfaction in many MNCs.

With total experience of almost 30 years, Teddy’s expertise includes supply chain management, sourcing, project management, and operations. Teddy also has a strong background in finance and internal control. Teddy is dedicated to sharing insights and best practices to help organizations navigate the complexities of modern supply chains.

Yap Kwong Weng is the CEO of Vietnam SuperPort, a joint venture of YCH Group and Vietnamese Conglomerate T&T Group.

He was previously Head of Transformation in Sembcorp industries, a leading renewables player and an established industrial and urban solutions provider in Asia. He led the development of Sembcorp’s urban business, focusing on its industrial park strategy and sustainable development.

Prior to Sembcorp, Kwong Weng held business consulting roles in KPMG and Ernst & Young as an Executive Director, and set up the KPMG-A*STAR joint lab, a first in professional services. In industry, he held management positions in Southeast Asia, co-founded a tech/crypto travel start-up in Vietnam and led the development of a strategic seaport in Myanmar when it first opened up.

Earlier in his career, Kwong Weng served as a commando officer for over a decade where he also graduated from the grueling US Navy SEAL training course in San Diego.

Prof Tan Kok Choon is Associate Professor of Analytics & Operations, NUS Business School, and Deputy Director of NUS Centre for Maritime Studies.

He received his B.Sc. (Honours) in Mathematics from National University of Singapore (NUS) and his Ph.D. in Operations Research from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

He has held appointments in NUS Department of Mathematics, PSA Corporation Limited, PSA International, Singapore Land Transport Authority, NUS Department of Industrial Systems Engineering & Management, and The Logistics Institute – Asia Pacific.

Prof Tan teaches undergraduate courses in Business Analytics in NUS Business School as well as courses in the MSc (Supply Chain Management) and MSc (Maritime Technology & Management) programmes.

Dr. Nick Chapman is a supply chain risk management professional with 13 years’ experience, gained in major cargo loss investigation, as well as marine risk consulting, underwriting and broking, on the ground in almost 55 countries.

As the Head of Cargo and Logistics Asia at Aon, Nick is responsible for the retention, growth and strategic direction of this portfolio in Asia. He regularly consults with businesses to identify, understand and manage exposure and risk across their global supply chain.

Nick has an IRM certificate in Supply Chain Risk Management, is a Member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology and a member of the Transport Incident System working group at Transported Asset Protection Association APAC.

He has previously held voluntary industry positions on the Loss Prevention Technical Committee for the International Union of Marine Insurance and as a Reviewer for the International Journal of Maritime Crime and Security, among others.

Jeff is the Head of Frost & Sullivan’s APAC Supply Chain & Logistics (SC&L) Advisory Practice, responsible for developing and managing client relationships and conceptualizing and overseeing advisory engagements.

He maintains a deep understanding of emerging trends, technologies, and market behavior in the Transportation, Supply Chain Solution Providers, Freight Infrastructure, and Maritime sectors across the Asia Pacific region.

Jeff has an impressive track record, having led multiple research studies and consulting projects for Frost & Sullivan, including Contract Logistics Market Analysis, Warehousing Market Opportunities, and Freight Logistics Industry in the Asia Pacific region.

Before joining Frost & Sullivan, Jeff worked with TNT Express and FedEx Express, where he developed technical knowledge and skills in supply chain efficiency and cost management.

Anna serves as the Chief Commercial & Sustainability Officer at Toll Group.

In this role, Anna oversees a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, commercial and sales excellence, product development and sustainability across the organisation’s worldwide footprint.

With over 25 years’ experience working in large, complex and multinationals, Anna brings a wealth of experience in international business leadership, cross border trade, strategy and digital transformation to her role.

Prior to joining Toll, Anna led several commercial businesses across the Asia Pacific at Amazon Web Services. She also held several senior executive roles at ANZ Banking Group Limited including Philippines Chief Executive Officer and has practiced law at leading international law firms in London and Sydney.

She has served as a Board Director for several ANZ entities across ASEAN, held the role of Director on the Bankers Association of the Philippines and is currently a Director and the Honorary Secretary of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

Anindam brings over 24 years of expertise in aviation, cargo, and commercial strategy, with leadership roles at Jet Airways and the Hong Kong Tourism Board, driving sales and operations across Australasia and the Middle East. Currently at TAM Group alongside the Senior VP Commercial, Anindam spearheads passenger and cargo sales, marketing, and market expansion.

His deep understanding of air cargo dynamics, coupled with insights into e-commerce-driven demand shifts, positions him as a key voice on how digital commerce is reshaping air freight logistics. Anindam’s strategic vision highlights the evolving interplay between e-commerce growth and air cargo’s operational and commercial future

Adrian is Research Director and Lecturer at Curtin Singapore, the Singapore campus of Curtin University.

He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Canberra (Australia), a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from the National University of Singapore.

Prior to joining academia, Adrian had worked in operations management, quality assurance and change management roles in the manufacturing, oil & gas, aviation and healthcare industries, spanning across various echelons of a supply chain. He has also been consulted for operations effectiveness projects by various companies

Besides teaching supply chain management subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, he also conducts and supervises research in supply chain issues covering sustainable supply chain management and humanistic issues in supply chains.

Alan Ng is the Founder and CEO of QuikBot Technologies, the Singapore-based pioneer behind the world’s first Autonomous Final-Mile Delivery Platform-as-a-Service (AFMD PaaS). With over 25 years of leadership experience across Asia Pacific, Alan has built a career at the intersection of technology, robotics, and smart city innovation.

At QuikBot, he leads a team transforming urban logistics through AI, robotics, IoT, and cloud infrastructure—powering smarter, greener cities. The company has secured partnerships with FedEx, SingPost, and Aramex, with commercial deployments in Singapore, the UAE, and Japan, and upcoming rollouts in Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Australia/New Zealand.

Alan previously scaled StarMedia International Group into a 14-city enterprise and founded CareStar Robotics, delivering AI-driven robotics to healthcare and hospitality sectors. A recipient of the Golden Key Award, he holds a degree in Economics from Monash University and frequently speaks on autonomous systems, last-mile delivery, and the future of smart cities.
