Singapore Pavilion Interest Form

  • The minimum requirement to form a Singapore Pavilion is 6 companies.
  • This form has no contractual obligations and is used for information collection only.
  • Eligible companies will enjoy subsidies of up to 70% for SMEs and up to 50% for non-SMEs support on participation costs under the LEAD-IFM grant, supported by Enterprise Singapore.
  • The LEAD IFM support is on reimbursement basis. The grant will be reimbursed to participating companies, for both SMEs and MNCs, by the supporting association after the event. 
  • Each company is eligible for LEAD IFM support up to a maximum of 36sqm and reimbursement schemes does not support additional furniture orders beyond the standard package items.
  • Custom stands: You are allowed to engage external vendors for booth design using the “Space Only” option. Said design is subject to Enterprise Singapore’s approval. Cost incurred from stand construction will not be covered under the LEAD-IFM grant.
  • Please note that Enterprise Singapore reserves the right to verify information provided by the companies. The final reimbursement support is dependent on Enterprise Singapore’s eligibility, criteria and approval.
